凤凰花开,骊歌奏响,青春逐梦,再启新章。2026年5月17日,香港中文大学(深圳)理工学院2026届本科毕业生迎来了青春收官的荣耀时刻。毕业生们在师长、亲友的见证与祝福下完成意义非凡的毕业仪式,为大学四年时光画上圆满句号。

当日上午,香港中文大学(深圳)2026届本科生毕业典礼在大学礼文堂庄严启幕,校长徐扬生教授等大学主管人员、教师代表齐聚现场,共同见证1600余名本科毕业生圆满完成学业、开启人生新篇章。下午,理工学院2026届本科生毕业典礼在逸夫国际会议中心大礼堂顺利举行。香港中文大学(深圳)副校长唐本忠院士,协理副校长、理工学院院长黄建伟教授,协理副校长李学金教授及学院管理团队、教授代表出席典礼。来自全国及世界各地的毕业生家长和亲友也齐聚观礼席,共同见证分享这份喜悦与荣光。

从四年前的迎新日初见,到今日的毕业盛典作别,时光悄然见证着理工学子的成长蜕变,也为这场仪式镀上了一层庄重而温情的底色。

大学本科生毕业典礼

5月17日上午,香港中文大学(深圳)2026届本科生毕业典礼在礼文堂举行,千余名本科毕业生身着学位服,带着四年的积淀与成长,在师长的祝福与期许中,正式告别校园,奔赴人生新征程。校长徐扬生教授等大学主管人员、教授代表出席典礼,中国科学院院士、香港中文大学(深圳)理事长、香港中文大学校长卢煜明教授和中国国家创新与发展战略研究会学术委员会常务副主席黄奇帆先生分别做主题演讲。香港中文大学(深圳)理事会成员受邀亲临典礼现场见证仪式。来自全国及世界各地的2026届本科毕业生家长和亲友相聚神仙湖畔,共同见证这一庄重而温暖的时刻。

为表彰学业表现优异、国际视野开阔、社会责任意识强烈、青春风貌蓬勃向上的杰出学生,香港中文大学(深圳)理事长、香港中文大学校长卢煜明教授和香港中文大学(深圳)校长徐扬生教授为18位毕业生颁发“大学杰出毕业生奖”,其中理工学院段西泽和李滨同学荣获该奖

典礼结束后,理工学院2026届全体本科毕业生与学院管理团队、教授代表温情合影,一张张笑脸洋溢着明媚与希冀,四年求学时光圆满收官,前路漫漫,愿未来各自闪光。

理工学院本科生毕业典礼

5月17日下午,理工学院2026届本科生毕业典礼在逸夫国际会议中心大礼堂举行。香港中文大学(深圳)副校长唐本忠院士,协理副校长、理工学院院长黄建伟教授,协理副校长李学金教授及学院管理团队、教授代表共同出席,为全体毕业生送上深切期许与由衷祝福。

伴随着悠扬旋律与精彩表演,毕业典礼正式开始。六位毕业生代表齐唱歌曲《有我》,歌声回荡礼堂,凝练四载青春韶华,诉说学子逐梦初心与奔赴远方的赤诚情怀。现场灵动的表演传递理工学子的青春朝气,为整场毕业盛典增添了别样风采。

随后,院务主任方奕森老师向全体毕业生致以诚挚祝福,并逐一介绍参加典礼的主礼嘉宾。

毕业寄语

香港中文大学(深圳)副校长唐本忠院士首先致辞。作为理工学院前任院长,唐院士见证学院逐步发展壮大的历程。他向毕业生致以热烈祝贺,也向辛勤耕耘的师长、倾力支持的家长表达衷心感谢。他回顾学子们在校园里勤学求知、实验室里探索求索、与同窗并肩成长的四年时光,肯定大家筑牢学术根基、锤炼批判思维的理工品格。面向崭新征程,他以三点感悟与毕业生共勉:永葆好奇之心,敢于突破创新、独立思考;坚守初心本色,以实干笃行赋予目标意义;常怀感恩之情,在奋进路上传递善意、助力他人。他寄语大家,母校与理工学院永远是大家的温暖港湾,愿各位带着自信与热忱,奔赴充满无限可能的未来。

随后,香港中文大学(深圳)协理副校长李学金教授代表大学向毕业生致以祝福和鼓励。面对AI时代的浪潮,他叮嘱学子们不必与AI比拼效率,而要用创意、情感与个性彰显人的价值,更要以坚韧的力量面对人生起伏,让挫折成为成长的底气。最后,李校长特意以“格物明理,致知精工” 的院训寄语学子:愿大家带着科学家的头脑、工程师的双手与温暖的初心,勇敢奔赴前路,永远记得自己是理工人,常回母校看看。

院长致辞

香港中文大学(深圳)协理副校长、理工学院院长黄建伟教授代表学院向全体毕业生致以诚挚祝贺,并向到场家长表达衷心谢意。他表示,本届毕业生见证了理工学院首个十年从初创到蓬勃发展的成长历程,毕业并非终点,而是人生新程的起点。

黄院长指出,人工智能正深度重塑知识创新、科研探索与社会发展格局,AI已在医疗等关键领域广泛应用,时代机遇与挑战并存。理工学子深耕数学、工程、化学、物理等多门硬核学科,恰好契合人工智能时代的发展刚需,理工专业价值愈发不可替代。

他特别嘱托全体毕业生:专业知识是立身之本,但在AI时代仅有技术远远不够,独立思辨能力、审慎判断能力与自主担当精神更为珍贵。他以相关研究案例警示大家,切勿盲从人工智能给出的答案,要保持理性质疑、独立思考,始终为自己的判断与选择负责。同时鼓励学子主动直面真实产业难题,跨界交流探索,以沉稳笃行的魄力成就自我卓越。

黄院长谈及学院发展,理工学院正迈入第二个十年新征程,未来将持续夯实学科优势,推动人工智能与教育科研深度融合,着力培育兼具全球视野、独立思想与社会责任感的科研人才、工程师与创新开拓者。他寄语2026届毕业生与学院共启新篇,永远心系理工、常回家看看,秉持沉稳勇毅的初心,奔赴前路、开创未来、筑梦前行。

Distinguished families, colleagues, and most importantly — the Class of 2026:

Good afternoon.

On behalf of the entire faculty and staff of the School of Science and Engineering, I offer you my most heartfelt congratulations — you have graduated. Well done!

And to every family here today — thank you. Four years ago, you entrusted your children to us. Today, we return to you someone even better.

You are the graduating class of SSE's first decade. Since 2015, this School has grown from the ground up into a thriving academic community with strengths across many disciplines. You have lived through that journey — you are its true witnesses. But more importantly, you are also the authors of your own future. The diploma you receive today is not the conclusion. It is a beginning.

And you begin at an extraordinary moment. Artificial intelligence is profoundly reshaping how knowledge is created, how discoveries are made, and how societies are organized.

This is not a future scenario. Two weeks ago, a study from Harvard Medical School reported that, in the emergency room, an AI system was identifying a life-threatening infection 12 to 24 hours earlier than experienced human physicians — and blinded reviewers could not tell the AI's notes apart from a doctor's. That is the moment you are walking into. Not "AI will one day." It already does, in the room where a life is being decided.

Some face this moment with anxiety. I hope what you see is opportunity — because you, more than almost anyone, are prepared for it. AI does not operate in a vacuum. The algorithms that drive it are grounded in mathematics. The systems that deploy it depend on engineering. The energy that powers it is now so vast that a single company spends close to 2 billion US dollars a day on AI infrastructure. And the hardware for its next generation will demand breakthroughs in chemistry and physics. These are precisely the disciplines you have spent four years mastering. AI does not diminish the value of science and engineering. It makes them more indispensable than ever.

But let me be direct with you. Your technical training is your greatest asset — and it is no longer enough. In the AI era, answers are increasingly cheap. What becomes truly scarce is independent judgment: the discipline to doubt a confident wrong answer, to ask whether the problem itself is the right problem, and to take ownership when no one else has.

I will tell you why this matters. Earlier this year, researchers at Wharton ran nearly 10,000 trials with more than 1,000 participants. When the AI gave the right answer, people improved. But when the AI gave the wrong answer, accuracy collapsed—and nearly 80% of participants followed it anyway. Cash incentives did not fix it. Feedback did not fix it. They called it cognitive surrender. Up to now, much of school has been about doing things right. From here on, you will increasingly be the one deciding what right even means. Every initiative, every judgment, every small act of creation — those are now yours to own, with the risk and with the credit. So one rule I want you to carry out of this hall: "The AI told me to" will never be a defense. The signature on your decision is yours.

These habits begin in the classroom, but they are forged in the real world. Seek out real problems. Engage with industry. Meet people whose experiences are different from your own. Go where the crowd has not yet been. I have always believed: Steady boldness builds excellence.

As you graduate today, SSE is standing at the start of its second decade. Our aspiration is clear: to move from an excellent school to one with growing international prominence.

We will deepen our core disciplinary strengths, embed AI-enabled approaches into every dimension of education and research, and continue to nurture scientists, engineers, and innovators with global vision, independent thinking, and a strong sense of social responsibility. This mission does not end when you leave. You carry it forward.

Class of 2026 — you graduate at the close of SSE's first decade. I begin my service as Dean as the second decade opens. In a real sense, you and I are starting the same chapter at the same hour. So when I say the doors of SSE will always be open — what I really mean is: I will be here. Come back, and tell me what you found.

Go far, and take good care. The future is yours to define — go build it, with steady boldness. Congratulations, and thank you all.

颁授学院优秀毕业生奖

2026年,学院共有10位学生荣获“理工学院优秀毕业生”奖。求学四载,他们始终勤学善思、笃实奋进,以踏实进取的态度钻研专业知识,凭优异的学业成绩践行求学初心,兼具出众的综合素养、组织领导力与集体担当,以身作则树立榜样风范,为学院学风建设与校园文化建设贡献了青春力量。

颁奖环节由执行副院长肖博文教授主持,院长黄建伟教授、副校长唐本忠院士、副校长李学金教授为优秀毕业生颁发荣誉证书,并合影定格喜悦,让这份荣耀成为青春最闪亮的注脚。

优秀毕业生代表发言

段西泽同学在发言中分享了自己怀揣理工热忱入学、加入实验室发表学术论文,却因 AI快速发展陷入人生方向迷茫的亲身经历,在前辈 “不只是时代变化的见证者,更是参与者” 的点拨下豁然开朗。他主动跨界交流、参与校园实践、投身教学助理工作,在探索中逐渐明晰方向,也见证同窗们在理工学院的改变与成长。他也代表全体毕业生感谢学院的悉心栽培——不止于专业技术,更培养了独立思考、解决实际问题与直面未知的勇气,让理工学子拥有应对变革、塑造未来的能力。最后,他号召大家在时代变革中观察生活与世界,坚守对知识与创造的追求,成为推动时代变革的中坚力量,在变化中遇见更广阔的世界、成为更真实的自己,并巧妙化用校长的温馨提醒——“走在改变世界的道路上时,记得不要看手机”,与毕业生共勉。
